Third phase of METU Cyprus Campus Dormitories are on the way.: The construction of New Dormitory Complex in Cyprus has been initiated. The proposal is the result of a limited invited competition opened by Middle East Technical University. TeCe’s proposal had been selected for realization in 2008 among 6 architectural offices. The complex has three interlinked linear blocks with semi-open and open common spaces. The main feature of the proposal is an internal street acting as a promenade that links the existing dormitories with the sports complex. It will house 700 students and planned to be finished by the end of 2009.

The construction of Still İstanbul Project has been initiated.: Still İstanbul has won two prizes in two categories in Golden Project Housing 2008 Awards. The Project has won “Mid-size Apartment” and “Respect for Contemporariness” special award in two categories. The realization of housing settlement, consisting of 133 units will be finished by the end of this year. For more information please visit:
