The practice was established in 1992. Tulin Hadi and Cem Ilhan, being the key figures of the design group have produced in various fields and scales throughout their commisions. The office has grasped a creation philosophy in which intuition, knowledge and experience become the driving motives, enabling them to introduce  significant work on different scales.
