ITOGA-Polonezköy

Our project in Polonezköy, Istanbul, is built on approximately 20 acres of land. Comprising a total of 6 buildings, this project includes 3 barns, alongside ruins, 1 outbuilding, 1 residential structure, and 1 workshop building. Existing structures will be rebuilt while preserving their original characteristics and gaining new functions such as residences, guesthouses, and offices. The main goal of our project is to utilize the magnificent natural beauty of the region without causing harm to it. Accordingly, additional structures have been designed following sustainable principles, with a preference for natural materials and construction techniques.

In addition to the existing structures, new buildings have been added to create a village square within the project area. This square is planned as a recreation and social interaction space for users.
