The factory complex planned to be built in the Çilimli region of Düzce includes the knitting area, quality control laboratories, storage areas and the company’s management offices. It is predicted that it will reach an area of approximately 35,000 m2 with an open area of approximately 17.000 m2 with 2.000 m2 of management offices and 15.000 m2 of factory production areas and waste warehouses/parking lot/recreation areas. Production hall and logistics operations are gathered under one roof. The management offices are located on the south façade in order to receive the sun all day and to create a pleasant working environment. The production and management functions are separated as an architectural language to express themselves.
