Resilience communities are structures that come together to prepare for possible disasters, cope with different stages of disasters, and eliminate inequalities experienced by disadvantaged groups most affected by disasters. They are established by representatives from civil groups and public administrations. Civil stakeholders of the community can take responsibility for the creation of programs for the space they use, and the creation of event and training calendars. However, they will need public support for the maintenance and operation of the space. In addition to disaster preparedness, vocational trainings that will serve personal and social development, and cultural and artistic activities are included in the calendars. In crisis situations, they distribute the support they will provide to the environment in a manner compatible with similar structures in the networks they are in. Increasing the support they will provide to the environment with mobile vehicles will make these scaled resilience centers agile.
