The designed hotel is located on the plot where the former Günaydın newspaper printing house was situated in Sultanahmet. It is located within a highly unique historical context, surrounded by historical buildings. Facing Alayköşkü Street, its layout incorporates some registered historical residences on neighboring plots. In particular, rooms overlooking the Hacı Beşir Ağa Complex and the Hagia Sophia Church/Mosque in the immediate view are designed to offer an extraordinary Bosphorus panorama encompassing Galata and Kadıköy in the distance.
